       After running every aspect of a business, including being the Owner, President, Ceo, Operations Manager, Purchasing Agent, CO, IT, and every other position, for several multi-million-dollar construction companies, over the last 20 years, I know what it feels like not being able to find the right kind of person to handle the technical side of the business. No one ever had the urgency or the drive that I did, to make things happen in a timely manner.  Even though I was paying employees well over $100,000 a year, it seemed that they were not there when I needed them the most. I thank God for giving me the education, knowledge, and will-power to jump in and make it happen.  

     The other big problem was trust. How can you trust an employee to control that much of your company, with everything running through the internet now? This may make you feel as if you have to walk on eggshells and have to answer to your own employees. Is there really any reason to keep a full-time IT employee, if all you need them for is just one to two days per week, or in some cases, just a couple times a month?

      This is why Rayl Ranch - Tech Solutions has come into being. I am here to take those worries away. I believe you should always be in control, have the passwords, the rights of all your data, and your company in the palm of your hand. You should also be able to pick up the phone and make a call for help, someone be there, and ready to solve that IT problem.
